1. What kind of payment cards can I use?
We only allow Mastercard/Eurocard and Visa.

2. Is it possible to use alle kinds of MasterCard/ Eurocards and Visa cards? 
We accept both debit and credit cards.

3. What is the CVC2 code?
The CVC2 code is a security code which consits of the last 3 digits close to the signature field on your card.

4. What is "3-D Secure", "Verified by Visa" and "MasterCard SecureCode"?
The 3D secure is a new mutual security standard regarding payments with Visa and Mastercard. 

5. Why do I see a page which asks for my security code for my bank?
This is a part of the 3D secure standard. Please fill in your code from your code card og code calculator given to you from your bank. If the code is valid you will see a page with a notice thanking for the order. Within a short while you will receive an e-mail with your Travel document for the tour.

6. Why do I NOT see a page that asks for my security code for my bank?
You need to have a updatet Java application installed in your browser, and in some banks you need to activate Safe internet payments/ Verified by Visa on your Credit card. See if you have the latest Java application installed here. Log on to your internet bank account and see if you need to accept some special terms for Safe internet payment.

7. I see a white page when I confirm my order and nothing happens, why?
This is often related problems regarding communication between the webshop and your bank. Update your Java application in your browser and check the terms regarding Safe internet payments on your credit card, see point 6. Your credit card is NOT charged if you do not receieve the e-mail with the Travel document.
