Tour 5. Hike to Kjerag. From Stavanger

Go hiking to the majestic mountain Kjerag. The mountain towers 1000 meters above the Lysefjord, and is famous for the bolder -Kjeragbolten- stuck between the two mountainsides.

The tour goes from Stavanger by coach, via Sandnes, Sirdal and then Øygardstøl, which is the starting point for a hike. The hike to Kjerag and back takes approximately six hours and the marked path will keep you on track.

Your return journey goes by coach back to Sirdal, Sandnes and Stavanger.

Hiking to Kjerag is a roundtrip, but its possible to travel parts of this journey.

If you prefer to travel just parts of the journey please select Sirdalsruta under Departure city when making your reservation. In the next step of your reservation select Payment onboard as payment method. This wil guarantee you a seat on the tour, and you can pay to the driver for the distance you would like to go.
